I get itching and swelling in my hands when I touch anything cold.i notice this specially when I cut vegetables which are kept in fridge.if I take them out and immediately start cutting then my left hand palm inner portion which holds the vegetables turns red and severe itching starts. If I stop the work then itching goes away in few minutes.but if I continue the same itching turns into swelling.if I bring the same things in normal temperature and then do the cutting then there is no problem.let me know what can be done.
