Ive round patches in inner side of thighs, one on stomach, and one on an arm. They itch a lot. And has reddened or darkened lately. Its been a few weeks now.

Hello........ Local examination is required, cannot comment without seeing it.. You should have attached photo of it.. Could be discoid eczema, cutaneous Candidiasis etc... Consult dermatologist in nearest hospital... Doctor prescribe medicine after examination.
