Itching and burning sensation

It started with itching over the scrotum, groin and sometimes at the penile shaft a few days back when there was rain and cloudy. No bumps or redness. Now I am feeling a burning sensation at the urethral opening and slight pain in the penis. Feeling tired sometimes. I am unmarried. Kindly help me with your advice.
