Hi, I have itching/burning anal for almost 2 months now. I consulted a surgeon 3 times and after examining physically he found that its fungal infection. As prescribed, I am using Tenovate-M for 3 weeks and Smuth cream for 2 weeks. I was also given some tablets(including Allegra) for 5 days but the problem still persists. Please let me know which specialist Dr should I consult now. Or continue the same treatment? Please also prescribe some other cream or medicine for this.
