Itching all over the body

I feel itching all over my body especially during night. I don't have any rash as such but itching happens most of the time. I feel more itchy in the areas like Scalp, Back, Thighs, Arms. Could anyone please help me understand the possible reason.

Would like to see the pictures and then confirm diagnosis. Consult me for prescription. Till then please take tablet montelukast to reduce the itch.
