Dear Practo user in most of the skin complaints it is very hard to diagnose the illness orally or in written mentioned untill unless physician see it ......still considering your points we can come up nearing vesicular erruptions......

As other doctors advised take some antiallergic like levocetrizine, and add some Avil 25 mg short acting. If problem increases , You must visit some emergency unit of hospital

1.Tab Pan 40 mg twice daily before meals. 2. Tab Medrol 16 mg once daily after meals. 3. Tab Allegra 180 mg once daily after meals. 4. Follow for 5 days and revert if needed 

Kindly start with levocetrizine montelukast combination Has to be investigated

Tab Attached(25mg) once daily after dinner for 7 days.Tab Medrol(8mg) once daily after breakfast for 7 days. If  still itching persists ,Consult skin Specialist.

Hello there.  I can understand your concern.  As of now you can take a tab. Allercet 5mg twice a day after food for controlling the itching. Its very hard to diagnose skin conditions without actuwlly seeing the lesions. I would suggest you consult a dermatologist in person for further evaluation and management.  Best regards.
