Hello sir. Greetings. Its a very common problem. Nothing to worry about. Its very common secondary to a pinworm infection. Start on tablet.  Albendaxole 400mg once a day after meals.....  For 3 dayss. Observe for 3 weeka for the decrease of symptoms,  repeat the dose after 3 weeks. Thank you
