Hi Scan shows a stone in right side of your ureter causing obstruction to urine flow… it is around 6mm so many sometimes but you need to perform renal function test, urine analysis and blood counts and meet Urologist for further imaging (CT scan) and to decide on any intervention or conservative treatment
