Hello!!! I am unable to see the result properly but as you say the second line not visible we can consider the test negative for pregnancy.

Ideally if in doubt go for a b hcg a blood test which is more specific

Vomiting could be because of some other pathology as well if not pregnant. I suggest an ultrasound abdomen also. See if she ate out or any severe gastritis all these also add up to the vomiting issue…
