Hello Doctor, I am uncircumcised and my glans has remained exposed all the time, even in flaccid case also. I feel some tightness in the foreskin behind the glans, and it does not move. Currently, there is no significant swelling, severe pain, discoloration, or difficulty urinating. I feel uncomfortable with the glans being exposed and would like to know whether the foreskin can safely return to covering the glans naturally. Could this be phimosis, paraphimosis, a short frenulum, inflammation, scarring, or another condition? I have attached photos for reference. Could you please advise whether I need an in-person examination and whether any non-surgical treatment can restore normal foreskin movement? I would also like to know if any conventional treatment such as a prescribed cream would be more appropriate. Thank you.
