Is this Just a normal headache or?

I’ve been having recurring headaches, and they’ve been getting worse this year. The pain is not limited to one side it can feel more general/around my whole head. The headaches can become quite intense and interfere with my normal activities. I’ve noticed they can happen or become worse after I’ve been outside for even 5 min. I’m concerned because this has been happening repeatedly and the overall pattern seems to be getting worse compared with before. I also sometimes experience nausea/vomiting around the same time, and I want to know whether that could be related. I’d like to be properly evaluated to find out what type of headache this is and whether I need any examination or tests.

In case of headaches-type, region, relation to the time of the day, association with light and sound , etc matters. Most of the headache patient coming to a Neurologist are of Benign nature and a proper neurology workup needs to be done. You can get an MRI Brain done yourself too, no harm in that.
Next Steps
Better to keep a headache diary, maintain sleep hygiene and hydration, avoid stress factors and recognise headache triggers
