Hi... CPLA usually is very rare and first of all you need to confirm that by visiting surgeon and getting all the tests done. Most of the times CPLA doesn’t needs any treatment and can be left as such. But if you have constant trauma at that site you’ll have to get it treated. Not always you’ll require a surgery, sometimes intralesional injections can also help in the treatment but for that we need to know the extent of the lesion.
