I am a 49-year-old man and I am a heart patient. I have been experiencing high BP for the last few days and I sweat a lot. I feel something abnormal in me and I plan to visit a doctor. Before that, I need to get a stress test done. Is there any guideline for a cardiac stress test that I need to follow for an optimum result outcome?
