Is PRP effective and worth ?

Hi,I am 27 yrs old and i am having hair fall and hair thining issue.Dr has recommended me to go for dermatoller(3 sessions) and then PRP( may be 3-4 sessions).The cost of each dermaroller procedure is around 7k and the cost of each PRP session is around 24k. I feel the prices are too high plus i am not sure if it is effective and worth or not. Kindly help me with the same. Thanks!
