After taking antibiotic, and suffering stomach problems, noticed lots of benefit from taking Providac capsule. The question is if it's safe to contjnue taking long term? Also Will Vsl 3 lite be better ? Had Ibs/Sibo symptoms which were treated with antibiotic but now taking this probiotic to get sorted out.
