For dark circles, to start with you can start sleeping early and enough (6-8hours) if that has gotten disturbed, eat a lot of green veggies and start applying green tea bags after they cool down at night on the eyes and when you wake up compress some ice. But for dark circles we need to assess why it's happening and put you on a small skin routine after assesing your skin for a good improvement.
