Hello, first of alL, please can you elaborate your symptoms? how long have you has the pain and what is the nature of the pain? is it worse early in the morning? and gets better when you move around? your detailed history will lead to the diagnosis. many a times patients test negative for " tests of arthritis" .but having a negative test doesn't mean that you cant have arthritis. there are other factors which decide whether you really have arthritis or not. from the x ray , its not possible to comment anything as it needs to be seen in a view box. i hope , my answer has made it a bit clear on what you are thinking. please don't hesitate to contact further.
