Is checking cervix often harmful?

My first pregnancy ended up in an early miscarriage. This is my second pregnancy. I try not to do it, but i cant stop check my cervix (by my finger) most of the time when i go to pee. I do this to see if im still getting the pregnancy discharge :( Im super scared and nervous as i dont wanna loose this baby. I am 7 week pregnancy. Is this harming my baby ?
