I had all symptoms of pregnancy but still urine pregnancy test shows negative. How can i conform that am pregnant or not? For a safety can i had abortion pill. If am not pregnant i will cause any problem to myself??

Hi good evening Thnxs for your question Do ultrasound of pelvis. To confirm pregnancy. And blood test. (S.B-HCG) IF it show pregnancy than consult Gynecologist for further treatment plan
