Irritation while peeing after masturbate

For 3 days I have been suffering from irritation while peeing after masturbating. Taking plenty of water still issues persist. If I don't take water for 4 hrs then yellowish/smelly urine observed. After urination pain goes away slowly in half an hour. Please suggest.
