Irritation in vaginal area

I have been experiencing irritation down there since a month now. I am unable to visit the gynac because of covid. I have been applying surfaz cream and absorb powder but still the irritation happens. What can i do for the same?

As more than one month  tab oint   may be fungal mixed infection for details and treatment. If possible send photos

Do not use Surfqz cream ..it contains steriod which may damage the vaginal thin skin...The reason could be fungal infection which is very likely...u can take fluconazole tab 150 mg.Once in a wk for 2 wks..Use DK gel cream..and Tab cetrizine for itching..use dese for 1 wk..if not subsided then visit nearest dermatologist. thanks .

Proper hygiene is important,u should use vaginal wash with mild warm water after every voiding of urine.Antibiotics should take,it might be fungal infection.consult me to know the treatment .does u have any urine infection?
