Irritated during breastfeeding

I am mother of twin babies of 7 months., a boy and a girl. I get irritated when my son starts breastfeeding and I speak to him harshly. On the other hand, while my daughter breastfeeds, I caringly look after her. I know it's wrong but I can't help it. I close my teeth tightly while he drinks. I try distracting with online videos, but doesn't help much. Please guide
