I have irregular periods from a long time always up and down of dates not fix monthly schedule..... Please help regarding that please

Hello... If you are not married take oral contraceptive pills.. It will regularis periods, minimize bleeding and also acts as contraception.. Irregular period is most common complaint with Polycystic ovarian syndrome.. Consult gynecologist once, investigations like ultrasound may be required.
