I had my regular mences for the last 3 months n neither i had any session with my hubby this month. Im having all the symptoms of mences yet delayed by 3 days or so?

get pregnancy test done. if negative wait for a week. stress, thyroid, pcos, anaemia are some causes of irregular menses.
