I had a perfect 28 days cycle before getting IUD(multiload) inserted a year after childbirth. 8 months later, i started using menstrual cup without consulting my gyno. Now i hav bleeding for longer spans. And spotting on random days. Has the suction of the menstrual cup dislocated my IUD? what else shd i worry about?
