I did not got my periods this month ? What should i do?which medicine i have to take and how many days i have to take it as a course?pls help

I need to do ur pregnancy test. If positive u need to get pregnancy care. If negative u shud preferably get a scan done as to why u aren't getting d cycle. Prescribing Medicines without evaluation of patient is unfortunately not ethical.
