Irregular periods
Hi, I've consulted gynecologist recently for harmonal imbalance and irregular periods, after pelvic scan, she suggested following medication
Tab. Ovral-L
But when i googled about this medicine i come to know it is used for contraception. Could any one let me know is this correct medication?
And note that after having this tablet after 1 hour i got stomach pain. Is this because of tablet or other issue please let me know
Ovral L is a hormonal tablet which works as a contraceptive,helps maintain hormonal balance,regularise menstrual cycle..So it is corrctly prescribed.
Next Steps
Ovral L doesnot usually cause pain abdomen.If the pain persists you should go for further investigations.
