Irregular periods and unwanted hairs

I am facing the issue of irregular periods from along time. i get periods every alternate months. A few years back , i faced issues with growth of unwanted hairs near me neck and legs area. my periods are not painful. I tried the diagonsis of this irregular periods and hormonal imbalance but did not worked.
