Irregular periods and thyroid

I went to doctor for irregular periods and she suggested Mega E tablets got period on 15th January. Then the doctor gave me deviry 10mg tablets last month and I got periods on 12 th February. Again she suggested that same tablets to take from 28th February. But my ovulation dates are yesterday and planned for pregnancy. Should I take tablets?
