Irregular periods and stomach pain

My last normal periods over on 2nd sept and on 5th sept i had an sexual intercourse after 14 days from 5th sept i take a pregnancy test and it shows negative. My due date of periods is 30 september but i missed my periods then again I take a test and it again shows negative. Now today I m experiencing some pain in my stomach. Why my stomach is paining?there is any chance of getting pregnancy as earlier test shows negative? Plz guide me Or prescribed some medicine to solve this problem?
