Irregular period and heavy bleeding

I am 35 years old and single girl. Since april 2017 i am having irregular period. I got 2 & 3 period in a month on duration of 10 to 12 days. Now i am feeling very week. What should i do now? Pls help me.

Do Thyroid profile and prolactin levels USG pelvis Complete blood count. Visit gynecologist with reports
