Irregular bleeding, kind of spotting for more than a week inside the vagina but no proper period. my period is due now and i have started having but hardly any flow. I have tested and not pregnant. I usually have normal 28 day periods and sometimes spotting happens before the cycle but this time the spotting is not stopping so i am a bit concerned please suggest me some medicine to regularize period. Also to mention suddenly my work pressure has increased and i am doing regular 12hrs shift and as a result regular lifestyle has also changed. please advice
