Iron supplements while pregnant

I'm nine months pregnant and my ferritin level came back low (9). My doctor is away this week, so the PA put me on two feosol tablets a day (65mg each) in addition to my prenatal which has 18mg iron. I'm worried this is too much.

You should take iron supplements from natural herbal brands like NUTRILITE, or HERBALIFE
