Cause is in food pattern... which is triggered by inter course .. Apply unsalted butter to the area affected.. Internally have jira boiled water and add 2 tsp unsalted butter just before food twice a day.. upto next menses..

check and correct the food if doing these...for fermented dosa idly batters , baked stuufs, maida products, curd, buttermilk drinking, citrus / canned fruit juices, chats, snacks, junks ... all these are a direct cause for PCOD too..
