After urination i have whitish fluid discharge then i feel a moderate pain in my left deep inguinal or we can say in left side of base of the penis region which also i feel a pain in my left scrotum lasts about 20 to 30 minutes then disappear And this happening for 2 to 3 years but intermittently happens once or twice per month or once per 2 months
