Intermittent numbness in hands in night

I have been suffering from with intermittent numbness in hands during night i.e. whenever I sleep one side that side hand goes numbness a after few hours. If I sleep other side that side hand goes numb. On that day I will have burning in the palms too. I got checked for all tests, all are normal except vitamin D 14, B12 is 189.
