Intense lower abdomen pain

I've been getting intense lower abdomen and sometimes back pain. I experienced it a month back which after a while stopped but it started again a few days back and it does not let me sleep for hours. My sonography report shows my one ovary is larger than the normal size.

Consult gynecologist and get local examination done. Pelvic inflammatory disease may cause such type of pain.
