We are out of station we forget to carry Insugen 30/ 70 (15 ml) prescribed ,instead of that can we use biphasic isophane insulin which is avail now

You can use it if its power is also 30/70. Ensure that you are using the correct syringe. I.e 40 IU syringe for 40 iu/ml vial and similarly 100 iu syringe for 100iu/ml vial
