Hi Doctor, I have recently got my Vit D test done and it came out to be 22.2 ng/ml . I have been examined 2 year back also it was lesser than my current Vit D status and doctor prescribed me some supplements and vitamin injections. So do I need to take Right Now also, will my vitamin D will inc. if I spend more time under Sun?

You need to take vitamin d supplements as prescribed by your doctor. Sun light also helps in your deficiency. But for acute increase, you need to take medicines
