I have insect bite and have small red spots on the left side of my chest. It pains at times a little and also pains a little when I stretch my arms

If they are blisters and on one side of the chest associated with pain, it may be herpes zoster. Please call me or send photos using online consult option for proper examination diagnosis and treatment. If not treated the pain may increase.
