Initially My D3 Levels are 8.35 Ng/Ml
I was Diagnosed D3 Levels Low I.e.., 8.35 Ng/ML so,took 2 Weekly Tablets I.e.., ORIS D3 60K Tablet.So,It Increased to 25.5 Ng /ML so,Still I need to Take High Dose or Not??? Because initially My B12 181 when I took 2 Injections it Went to 1515 Same D3 Also Impact to me or Not I don't no.

1 tablet/sachet per week
Plus One Calcium tablet 500mg per day
For 1 month
