Hello there. I can understand your concern. You should have attached a picture of it while posting this question as it would have made it easier and more clear to us as to what it is. As per your complapins it looks like infection of the nail bed and collection of pus. Take a tab. Cefixime and ofloxacin combination twice a day for 5 days along with tab. Diclofenac and serratiopeptidase combination thrice a day for 3 days. You can consult any general surgeon near you for draining out the pus. Best regards. Dr. Anil kumar jain.
