Hi. Greetings.Sometimes this may recur after one or two surgeries. Don't get did heartened. You'll need to visit the dermatologist again for probably another surgery. Also you'll require -lateral matrix ablation during the time of surgery - so visit a qualified dermatologist or dermatosurgeon in your city. Also avoid wearing right occlusive shoes for few months or for a year. Also avoid cutting nails too short.
