Hii.. Need some pics for clarification... It can be fungal Infection or phimosis... Need to be treated correctly to prevent further damage Need complete evaluation and history for accurate diagnosis, After that  correct treatment options can be provided Use hhzole cream for now So kindly consult on-line for further evaluation and prescription
