Inflammation on thumb

After getting hot water poured onto thumb accidentally there is constant burning feeling on thumb whenever there is exposure with cold water. There is no sign of pain and other injury on thumb. This condition is prevailing since last 1 month. It's really tough to know why it is happening and burning sensation in thumb is unbearable sometimes. Please help.

Please send me some photos of your thumb? Is there any pus ? Did u take proper antibiotocs when you had the burn wound? Please reply , will help you with the treatment
