My entire testicle area has become inflamed (red) and scaly, there were no soreness or damage when i went to bed yesterday, but this morning my testicle skin felt sore, it weren't red at that time though. It was first later in school when i went to the bathroom, that i discovered my entire ballsack had become red, dry and sort of scaly. My penis hasn't been affected and neither has my crotch, only the ballsack. I am 18 years old, and its is not an STD
