I am 4 weeks pregnant I had undergone ivf treatment. Today while I was lying down I felt so dizziness that I felt whole room was revolving around me I got up from the bed immediately and sat down then I felt better why this happened to me is it normal to feel dizziness my bp is 108/70 is rply ??
