Hello sir, I am married and trying for baby from last 2 years, I did me semen analysis and found my sperm motility is 5 percent and morphology is nil.My sperm count is 40 million/ml , I took allopathy medicine popson, obligocare forte plus, but not benefit, some medicine in ayurvedic also I took but no benefit. Please suggest me that if I do  semen culture we can know about infection in sperm or what treatment I have to take. ?
