32yr old, conceived naturally first time resulted in missed abortion at 10 weeks. Hsg and hysterolaparoscopy showed e/o dilated tubes bilateral with delayed spill. hormonal studies and semen analysis are normal. Borderline lupus anticoagulant positive. Icsi - twin gestation, lost at 6 wks and 2 nd twin NT scan shows e/o turners sybdrome.. Further?
