I have been married for 7 yrs..we are trying but my wife hasnt concieved..my recent semen analysis report shows sperm count less than 0 5 million ..wil my wife ever concieve with so low sperm count?plz help

5 million is below desirable levels for fertility. You both go and meet for Infertility specialist nearby for further tests or for IVF etc.
